You can pay using the following payment cards on MHP:

We aim to send products within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Transport times will vary by transport method, but will normally be delivered within 8 days.
Products can be returned up to fourteen days after receipt, provided that the product is in essentially the same condition as when it was received and that the product has lost no essential value to MHP. The product can be exchanged with other products, or refunded. Refunds are issued after MHP has received the returned items.
Any postage costs when returning products are at your own expense. Should you wish to exchange the product, the replacement will be sent with free postage.
An order can be cancelled at any time before it has been sent.
To cancel your order, send an email to tt@hama.dk, stating the order number.
Please note that MHP will not withdraw payment from your card until the product is sent. If you cancel your order before it is sent, no payment will therefore be withdrawn for the product.
Our beads come in three different sizes. Mini are the smallest, measuring Ø2.5 x 2.5 mm. Midi (our most popular bead) measures Ø5 x 5mm. Maxi measures Ø10 x 10 mm. Pegboards are available to fit the three different bead sizes.
5+ is the recommended age group. For Midi, we recommend that you are five years old, three years old for Maxi and ten years old for Mini.
